This is a unique role working directly alongside our experienced Care Manager to help deliver a high quality care service.
The role sits between that of a Care Co-ordinator and a Registered Care Manager, with the expectation that, where required, the new Deputy Care Manager would be able to cover either of these roles comfortably.
We are looking for someone with care knowledge and experience managing staff to become part of an established team supported by a directorial and management team with vast experience. You must be a problem solver, superb communicator, very organized and want to contribute to delivering the very best service possible to our clients, making a real difference to not only our client's lives and well-being but also our many staff. It will be down to the new Deputy Care Manager and the existing Care Manager to ensure we run a consistent and high quality service.
