TBT Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Groundworkers with confined spaces experience for upcoming deep drainage works.
The successful candidates will be working on deep drainage and underground works, including the installation of trench boxes, manhole boxes and cofferdams.
Role Details
Position: Groundworker – Confined Spaces / Deep Drainage
Work: Deep drainage and underground construction
Confined Spaces: Low or medium risk
Duration: Initial 3-month contract
Start: Various start dates throughout September
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Groundworker on deep drainage projects
- Valid confined spaces certification for low or medium risk environments
- Experience working in and around deep excavations
- Experience installing and working with trench boxes and manhole boxes
- Experience with cofferdams and temporary works would be highly beneficial
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
- Ability to work safely around excavations, plant and other operatives
- Good understanding of RAMS and site procedures
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Appropriate PPE and a strong commitment to safe working practices
This role would suit experienced Groundworkers who are confident working in confined spaces and have a strong background in deep drainage and excavation works.
