We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hairdressing techniques and a flair for creativity, ensuring that each client leaves feeling their best. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while also having the opportunity to showcase your skills in barbering, makeup application, and eyelash extensions.
Duties
- Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and meet their beauty needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional advice on hair care.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Mentor junior stylists or trainees by sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their development.
- Collaborate with the team to create an inviting atmosphere that promotes customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid hairdressing qualification or equivalent experience is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in eyelash extensions and makeup application is desirable but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying updated on trends and techniques.
- Ability to work well within a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual tasks.

Experience:
- Hair styling: 1 year (preferred)
