Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Leeds, UK (4 days per week in office)
Salary: £26,000 per annum (+£10,000 OTE)
Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our amazing team at Leep Talent, part of Leep Group! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation making a difference within the community.
Our Business Development Executives will play a supporting role in driving the growth and success of Leep Group by identifying new business opportunities across the group, contacting via telephone-based prospecting, and expanding our apprenticeship portfolio. This position requires high appetite for learning, strong work ethic and resilience to succeed in what we hope will be a long and successful career in sales.
Main Responsibilities
- Generate leads through phone, email and networking and persuade them to use Apprenticeship services, developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and cross sell opportunities across Leep Group.
- Successful negotiation and execution of strategic partnerships that enhance Leep Group’s growth ambitions, with an engaged and motivated approach to business development.
- Continually meet and exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume, prospecting activities and sales, with consistent achievement of revenue targets and a track record of contributing to the company's financial success.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

Learner-facing roles that involve working directly with learners will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including relevant barred list checks. The successful candidate must also complete all pre-employment vetting and will complete safeguarding training during their induction.
