Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, providing expert advice on available listings and market trends
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing features and benefits to prospective tenants or buyers with confidence and clarity
- Negotiate offers, rental terms, and sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy agreements, sales contracts, and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems accurately
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, tenants, and buyers through regular communication and follow-up
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth transaction processes from initial inquiry through to completion
- Stay informed about local market conditions, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate guidance
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or lettings within the real estate industry is preferred but not essential; a strong desire to learn is equally valued
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging with diverse client groups
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client inquiries and administrative duties efficiently
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
