We’ve come a long way from starting out in Mum’s bungalow back in 2018 to our all-new, fully bespoke HQ. This space will be our home for at least the next 5–10 years, and while it’s not quite our style to shout too loudly, it’s here that we plan to reach our goals, take ARNE global, and further establish ourselves as a truly iconic UK brand.
We are now looking for an Ecommerce Insights Analyst to join the team and support ARNE by understanding and interpreting Ecommerce data to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve conversion rates. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and CRM, using data to enhance the customer experience, optimise digital performance, and support the achievement of wider business objectives.
Your day-to-day role and responsibilities include:
Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyse digital data from various eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Google Analytics, Full Story, Monetate etc.)

Develop regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, add to cart rates, checkout rates, bounce rates etc.

Analyse key website touchpoints such as filter options, nav usage and on-site search terms and trends to allow for optimal conversion rate.

Create customer shopping behaviour profiles across new vs returning, mobile vs desktop, paid vs free, mobile vs app to identify opportunities to improve journey and conversion.
Website & Campaign Performance:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of web design changes, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns providing actionable recommendations for optimization.

Support A/B testing and multivariate testing efforts to assess the impact of new features, design changes, and promotional strategies.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:

Work closely with internal teams (e.g., UX/UI, Marketing, Product) to define key business questions and translate data into actionable insights.

Communicate complex data findings in a simple and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Data Quality & Integrity:

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or discrepancies and working to resolve them with our digital analytic specialist partners.

Maintain and improve data collection processes and systems to ensure the reliability of reporting.
Continuous Improvement & Industry Trends:

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, digital analytics tools, and eCommerce best practices to provide insights that keep the company competitive in the market.
Continuously improve analytics methodologies and recommend new ways to measure and track digital performance.

Requirements

Proven track record of deriving actionable insights from large datasets and influencing business decisions.

1/2+ years’ experience in an insight’s role, favourable with a focus on eCommerce or retail data.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, web analytics tools (e.g. Shopify, Google Analytics, FullStory, Monetate).

Proactive, organised, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with a data-driven approach.
