Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented FOH (Front of House) Supervisor to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead team management by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a positive work environment
- Oversee food preparation and serving processes to guarantee quality standards are met consistently
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the dining area
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to facilitate seamless food production and timely service
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and flow of service during peak hours
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Background in hospitality or culinary arts; hotel or barista experience is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication skills for effective guest interactions and team coordination
