BAR SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a confident and reliable Bar Supervisor to join the team at a busy Bar in Neath.
Requirements:
Must be 25+ years old
Must have at least 1 year’s continuous working in a busy bar(
Strong customer service skills
Able to lead staff and work under pressure
Flexible to work evenings and weekends
Duties Include:
Supervising bar staff and maintaining standards
Opening the venue
Handling customer queries professionally
Ensuring a smooth and friendly service
Supporting management with day-to-day operations
We’re looking for someone hardworking, calm under pressure, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced sports bar environment.
