Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Commercial Manager to join our growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying new commercial opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
Identify new business and commercial opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyse market trends.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners.
Negotiate commercial agreements where appropriate.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and prepare reports.
Manage the company's online and offline marketing initiatives.
Work with management to achieve business growth objectives.
Assist with branding and business development activities.
Requirements
Experience in marketing, commercial management or business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyse market data and identify growth opportunities.
Good organisational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
