The Role
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately using the restaurant's ordering system.
- Serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering customer questions.
- Ensuring tables are clean, well-presented and fully prepared for guests.
- Checking on customers throughout their visit to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Processing payments accurately.
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver excellent service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant.
- Following all food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
