The Role
You will work closely with our management and administration teams, learning all aspects of the business while providing essential support across a range of office functions.

Key responsibilities will include:
- General administration and office support
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Data entry and maintaining company records
- Preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Filing and organising company information
- Assisting with purchasing and supplier communications
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Contribute to maintaining a tidy and efficient office environment by managing supplies and equipment

The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
- Confident and professional when communicating with others
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, enthusiastic and willing to get involved
No extensive experience is required. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
