This role is based at Future Walk, Chesterfield, S49 1PF, and requires attendance in the office 4 days per week.

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Administrator to join our Finance Shared Services Data Team, supporting the accurate management of customer accounts and business-critical data.
About the Role
As a Data Team Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring customer account information is maintained accurately and efficiently. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will help deliver a high-quality service by processing account requests, resolving enquiries, and supporting operational activities in line with agreed service standards.
You will also:
- Set up and maintain customer accounts and services within SAP.
- Process account amendments received via SAP, Salesforce, email, OBA and other approved channels.
- Liaise with operational teams to resolve account application and maintenance issues.
- Respond to customer enquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Support other teams and business functions as required.
- Ensure all work is completed to agreed quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity and customer service.
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will:
- Have strong customer service and communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, SAP and Salesforce.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Have excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Be able to prioritise workloads and work effectively to deadlines.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Be adaptable, flexible, and willing to support colleagues when required.
- AAT part/Qualified preferred but qualifications by experience) QBE will be considered.
- Have GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, although this is desirable rather than essential.
