Skinoza Beauty & Aesthetic Clinic is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our welcoming team at our Blackhorse branch (Walthamstow, London). We are a modern clinic offering advanced beauty, skin, and laser treatments, and we’re looking for someone who can deliver an outstanding first impression to every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all clients.
- Manage bookings, schedules, and client communications via phone, email, and online systems.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
- Support therapists and practitioners to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards consistent with the Skinoza brand.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or front-of-house within a beauty, spa, or aesthetic clinic.
- Strong communication and customer-care skills.
- Confident using booking or clinic management software.
- Organised, punctual, and reliable.
- Able to work weekends (required) and additional weekdays as agreed.
