Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Self Employed Eyelash Technician to join our dynamic beauty team. In this role, you will provide expert eyelash extension services, enhancing clients’ natural beauty with precision and care. As a self-employed professional, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will help clients feel confident and glamorous, making a lasting impression with every lash extension application.

Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications with attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for each client
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable eyelash styles and lengths
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Manage appointment bookings, client records, and follow-up care instructions efficiently
- Provide additional beauty services such as makeup application when requested or appropriate
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Stay updated on the latest eyelash extension techniques, trends, and industry best practices
Skills
- Proven experience in eyelash extension application with a keen eye for detail
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain procedures and aftercare advice
- Ability to make clients feel comfortable and confident during their appointment
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques is a plus for offering comprehensive beauty services
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills to manage appointments and client records effectively
- A professional attitude with a passion for enhancing natural beauty through expert eyelash styling
Pay: £12.71-£40.64 per hour
