Duties
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage order fulfilment processes accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch of products
- Perform data entry tasks related to customer orders, returns, and complaints with attention to detail
- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database
- Assist in analysing customer feedback and order trends to improve service quality
- Support multilingual customers by providing clear communication in both Spanish and English
- Follow established phone etiquette standards to ensure positive customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues promptly and effectively
Skills
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Bilingual in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette
