Job Description – Class Teacher (2026–27)
Bradley Tuition is seeking a committed and passionate Class Teacher to deliver our Year 4 11+ programme for the 2026–27 academic year.
Role Overview
The Class Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality 11+ lessons to Year 4 students. All lesson plans, teaching resources, homework and assessments are provided, allowing teachers to focus on delivering engaging lessons and supporting student progress. Parents complete all homework marking, allowing teachers to focus fully on teaching and student progress.
Teachers must follow the Bradley Tuition methodology. Comprehensive training videos are provided ahead of each lesson to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Effective lesson preparation is essential. Teachers should expect to spend approximately 1.5 hours per week reviewing training materials and preparing for lessons.

Format of the Lessons
- Each lesson is 2.5 hours long

During the first 70 minutes of the lesson, teachers review the children's homework mistakes from the previous week.
This is followed by a 10–15 minute active learning break, where children take part in vocabulary and maths games. This allows the children to get up, move around and remain engaged throughout the lesson.
During the remainder of the lesson, teachers introduce three new topics and teach the methods required to answer each question type. The subjects covered are Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning.
