Join Sodexo as a Facilities Support Operative at Newbold Revel Training College in Rugby. You’ll be part of a friendly team helping to keep the college clean, safe, welcoming and running smoothly for staff, learners and visitors.
This is a fantastic Monday to Friday opportunity, giving you a consistent working pattern while still offering plenty of variety throughout your day.
You’ll take pride in maintaining a range of areas, including communal spaces, offices, kitchens and facilities, while supporting the wider onsite team.
Full training and support will be provided, so if you’re reliable, approachable and take pride in doing a great job, we’d love to hear from you!
What you'll do:

Complete scheduled cleaning tasks across a variety of locations, taking pride in keeping each area clean, safe and welcoming.

Manage your own schedule, organise your workload and take ownership of getting tasks completed to a high standard.

Build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and other teams — great communication and a friendly approach are key.

Keep offices, kitchens, toilets and communal areas looking their best, while ensuring essential supplies are always topped up.

Help maintain a safe environment by following health and safety procedures and reporting any issues or hazards.

Bring a can-do attitude and be someone the team can rely on to get the job done.
What you bring:

Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential. Knowledge of cleaning products and their correct use would be an advantage.

A friendly, approachable attitude with strong communication and customer service skills.

Someone organised and reliable who can manage their time, work efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.

A positive team player who is happy to take direction, support colleagues and take pride in delivering a great service.
