The successful candidate will:
- have relevant experience within KS2
- have a passion for developing outdoor learning opportunities
- have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
- be able to work collaboratively with staff, pupils, governors and parents
- have good understanding of additional learning needs and inclusion
- have good knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales
