Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Domiciliary care company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, maintaining employee data, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Duties
- Manage and update employee records using in house systems
- Assist with recruitment processes, including data entry and tracking applications and other applicant tracking systems.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records within HR systems.
- Handle correspondence related to human resources, including social media management for employer branding purposes.
- Respond to employee enquiries promptly, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities and social events.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with data protection policies.
- Support payroll processing by verifying employee data accuracy and liaising with payroll providers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles within human resources or related fields preferrably in the care sector but not mandatory
- Familiarity with HR systems, or similar platforms.
- Experience with ATS tools like Salesforce or equivalent applicant tracking systems.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media management tools is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: £24,420.00-£27,620.36 per year
