Role
We are currently looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team of associates in Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London. Our Bar Supervisor will be part of a large team responsible for creating a memorable experience to our in house and external guests. This role offers a schedule of approximately 45 hours spread over 5 evening shifts per week.
Key expectations of this role are
- Delivering all bar related aspects of the guest experience according to Rosewood standards.
- Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a sophisticated environment.
- Taking a proactive approach in developing the seven Bar Asssociates by providing regular departmental training.
- Supervising and directing associates in daily work activities within the Bar.

- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
- Act as a coach and to guide the team.
- An effective departmental trainer.
- Being highly organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Having a passion for guest service.
