Can you juggle several tasks at once, stay calm when deadlines are tight and still notice the tiny detail that everyone else has missed? If not, this probably isn't the job for you. If you're the person people rely on to keep things organised, chase what needs chasing and make sure nothing falls through the cracks, this could be a great fit.
We're a young, lively and fast-moving team. Deadlines matter, priorities can change quickly and we work closely together to get the job done. You'll be right at the centre of the order process, working with customers, suppliers and colleagues to make sure every job gets over the line.
WHAT THE ROLE IS ALL ABOUT
We are LSi Limited, one of the Uk’s prominent suppliers of Promotional Merchandise and Corporate Clothing suppliers. In joining us you will become part of the 35 strong team based at our head office in Cleckheaton. Working in the Sales Admin team at LSi you will efficiently manage customer orders from initial sales handover through to delivery and invoicing. You are the link between the LSi salesperson, the supplier and the customer, ensuring all orders are accurate, delivered on time and communicated effectively to customers, suppliers and internal teams alike.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The administrator will take ownership of orders, proactively identify and resolve issues, and communicate confidently with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
No two days are the same. Your core responsibilities are:
- Process orders from sales, including raising sales orders, sending artwork & order confirmations to clients and raising purchase orders.
- Manage the artwork approval process, liaising between customers, our in-house artwork team, suppliers, and resolving any artwork discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers throughout production, monitoring order progress, costs, delivery dates and resolving issues where required.
- Proactively chase deliveries and keep customers informed of progress, delays or changes.
- Deal with customer queries and complaints, working with suppliers and internal teams to find solutions and raising credits where appropriate.
- Support fulfilment and split delivery orders, ensuring warehouse has all necessary information.
- Manage overseas orders, including basic customs/shipping requirements and liaising with couriers such as UPS when issues arise.
- Process order amendments accurately, including changes to products, costs, selling prices and following the correct internal action process.
- Invoice completed orders accurately.
IS THIS YOU?
This role suits someone who gets satisfaction from being organised, staying one step ahead and getting things finished properly.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Highly organised, efficient and good at time keeping. You like structure, lists, deadlines and knowing exactly where things are up to.
- Must be able to prioritise urgent orders and manage multiple deadlines. You can work out what needs doing first when everything feels important.
- Extremely detail-focused, particularly when dealing with pricing, artwork and order amendments. You spot the small errors before they become big problems.
- A strong communicator who can handle difficult conversations professionally and confidentially speak to customers, suppliers and colleagues on the telephone. You're comfortable picking up the phone rather than hiding behind an email. You can be friendly, clear and firm when the situation needs it.
- Calm and resilient when dealing with stressful situations or urgent problems. Pressure doesn't stop you thinking clearly.
- Proactive with the initiative to investigate problems and find solutions rather than simply passing them on, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. You don't just flag a problem - you want to help solve it.
- A strong team player who takes ownership and responsibility for their workload. People can rely on you to own your jobs from start to finish.
- Confident using IT systems and willing to learn detailed internal processes. You're happy learning systems and following processes accurately.
OFFICE-BASED BY DESIGN

This is an office-based role. Our teams work closely together, share information, solve problems face-to-face and support each other when deadlines are tight. If you're specifically looking for a remote or hybrid position, this won't be the right role for you.
THE WORKING PATTERN
We're recruiting this as a full-time role, but we're open-minded about the right person.
Part-time or flexible hours may be considered depending on availability and the needs of the role. That could make it a good fit for someone balancing work with family, childcare or other commitments. Tell us what hours you can offer.
