[Please note this is a High Profile Contract and you will be vetted to the highest standard and will need to be SC cleared. Before applying please ensure you will be able to pass the vetting process.]
Shift Pattern:
- Officer will be required to work weekdays days and nights including weekends on a shift pattern - exact shift pattern to be confirmed at interview.
- Duration of each shift is 12 hours.
- You will need to travel to Stevenage, Henlow & Thurleigh
- 12 and 36 hour guaranteed contracts available.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Control entry points to the site and monitor visitor and vehicle traffic. Verifying ID's of anyone entering the site.
- Monitoring security alarm and CCTV.
- Reporting incidents, accidents and alarm activation to the control room.
- Liaising with the control room staff.
- Conducting hourly patrols.
- Conducting Routine checks
- Assisting management team with any security/safety related issues.
- Maintaining all security related documents/ records
- Carrying out random searches of personal baggage or vehicles entering/leaving the premises
Requirements:
- MUST HOLD A VALID SIA FRONT LINE LICENSE
- THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE AN SC SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR THIS ROLE.
- MUST COMPLETE AND PASS THE ENGLISH AND NUMERACY TEST PROVIDED AFTER APPLYING.
- AT LEAST 1 YEARS SECURITY EXPERIENCE.
Pay: £14.31 per hour
