We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Must be available most Saturdays.This role involves watch sales and basic watch repairs fitting batteries and straps training will be given. providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with product selection
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and process payments
- Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of the sales floor and stock areas
- Restock shelves and ensure products are correctly labelled and displayed attractively
- Address customer queries promptly and resolve any issues professionally

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to inform customers effectively
Qualifications
- Previous experience in watch repairs and retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: £12.72-£15.00 per hour
