Job Overview
Shreeji Care is looking for a motivated and organised Human Resources Administrator to support our recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR within the Health & Social Care sector while working in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Process DBS checks, Right to Work checks, and employment references.
- Monitor staff compliance, training, visas, and mandatory documentation.
- Assist with HR administration, including contracts, letters, and personnel files.
- Record annual leave, sickness, and other employee records.
- Support payroll administration by preparing relevant HR information.
- Respond to HR queries and provide administrative support to managers.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and UK employment legislation.
- Undertake general administrative duties as required.
