The ONE Group are excited to be partnering with an established and highly successful organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Manager into a key role within their finance function.
What we're looking for:
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of a significant operational P&L and act as a trusted finance partner across multiple business functions.
- Taking ownership of the P&L, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting and financial control
- Delivering weekly, monthly and long-term financial reporting with clear commercial insight
- Leading the budgeting, forecasting and planning process across several cost centres
- Business partnering with operational and senior leadership teams to support strategic and commercial decision making
- Providing financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities and performance trends
- Supporting commercial projects, investment decisions and business cases
- Driving continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting and finance processes through automation and innovation
- Working collaboratively with wider finance teams to deliver accurate, timely and efficient financial information
- Line management of small finance team
You'll ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning experience
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- A proactive approach to improving processes and challenging existing ways of working
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences
