Summary
As a Waiting Staff member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service and enhancing the dining experience for our customers. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will utilise your core skills in restaurant operations, food safety, and serving techniques to take orders and serve food efficiently. Your hospitality skills will be vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere, while relevant skills such as time management and previous experience in hospitality will ensure smooth operations.
Waiting Staff Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Take and process food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns
Bar Staff Summary
As a Bar Staff member, you will play an important role in delivering great service at the bar while ensuring drinks are prepared efficiently and to a high standard. You will work closely with the wider team to maintain a fast, friendly, and professional service in a busy environment.
Bar Staff Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with licensing regulations
- Restock and monitor bar supplies
- Work closely with floor staff and management to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Location Requirement
** We are located in Portrush, and in order to apply candidates must be able to reliably commute to Portrush. Also, you must be based in the UK as we are unable to offer sponsorship at this moment**
