Are you passionate about improving social care services and driving innovation? We are seeking a motivated Commissioning Officer to join our team in this exciting new role, where you will play a key part in developing and modernising service provision.
As a Commissioning Officer you will be able to work effectively as part of a busy team and alone, using your own initiative to:
Support the review and improvement of commissioning and brokerage processes
Help implement digital solutions to streamline services and improve outcomes
Work collaboratively with internal teams, providers, and partners
Contribute to projects that enhance service delivery, including hospital discharge pathways
Analyse data and support performance monitoring to ensure high-quality services
For this role you will:
Have experience in social care or related services
Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Have the ability to analyse information and support service improvement
Be organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
Show a commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for people and communities
Hold a full UK driving licence
