Looking for a role that's active, independent and gets you out from behind a desk?
CSPM Parking is looking for a reliable and professional Parking Patrol Officer to join our growing team.
This is a varied role where no two shifts are the same. You'll travel between our managed car parks, helping customers, checking sites are safe and well presented, and ensuring parking terms and conditions are followed.

No previous parking experience is required – full training is provided.
What you'll be doing
- Patrolling our managed car parks across Hereford and the surrounding area.
- Providing a friendly and professional service to customers.
- Checking payment machines, signage and parking areas.
- Reporting maintenance issues, defects and safety hazards.
- Recording site visits using our mobile app and body-worn camera.
- Working closely with our Operations Team to ensure our sites remain safe, clean and compliant.
- Where necessary, recording evidence and issuing Parking Charge Notices in accordance with company procedures.
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility.
- Likes being out and about rather than sitting behind a desk.
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Is calm, confident and professional when dealing with members of the public.
- Has good attention to detail.
- Is comfortable using a smartphone or tablet.
- Is happy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
Experience in customer service, retail, security, driving, facilities management or similar roles would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
