Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and skilled Production Operative to join our dynamic manufacturing team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our semi-automated production lines, helping us meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Work at various stages of the production line, including packing, product transfer, boxing, and palletising.
- Ensure products meet internal quality standards and report any variances.
- Support the team to meet production targets efficiently.
- Transport finished goods, consumables, or bill of materials using a pump truck safely.
- Assist with cleaning machinery and production areas to the required standards, including allergen and pathogen control.
- Undertake training to comply with food legislation and internal procedures.
- Follow all site health and safety protocols consistently.
- Support site KPIs, including Food Safety, Health and Safety, and Hygiene.
- Perform additional duties as required by the team.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role, ideally within a food production environment.
