Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary Firm with offices across Scotland and Northern England, specialising in property sales and lettings, and the rural, energy, forestry and commercial sectors.
We have a unique opportunity for someone to join our Energy team as a Telecoms Assistant working on property based transactions for telecom mast sites both in rural and urban environments. The position is open to individuals seeking a new opportunity in the property sector and to those who are willing to learn on the job. No previous telecoms experience is required as full training can be provided.
This is an exciting time to be involved in telecommunications as Galbraith continually looks to enhance our expertise to our clients in a fast paced and developing property sector.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- General support and assisting senior colleagues with new telecoms site applications, lease renewals, rent reviews, upgrade and site sharing proposals across Scotland and England.
- Assist with wayleave applications, workflow logs and general management matters.
- Ensure that all office systems and client files are maintained to the highest standard.

To be Successful
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively at all levels with both internal and external clients. You will take ownership of your work and be comfortable seeing tasks through from inception to completion. You must be confident to communicate in a professional and empathetic manner, in both verbal and written communications.
You will have proven organisational skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively whilst upholding a meticulous attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who will thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team. This role would suit someone with extensive assistant/administrative experience and someone who would be keen to grow and develop in the role, with full support being provided to do this.
The role may involve travel and therefore a full driving licence and own vehicle is desirable.
Work Pattern
The role is offered on a full time basis of 37hrs per week, however part time may be considered. Please get in touch to discuss further. The office base for this role is Cupar, and following an initial training period hybrid working may be offered.
