Summary
Registered Manager position available at Care At Call in the UK (TW3 3HW). This pivotal role contributes significantly to our mission by ensuring high standards of care and effective management and leadership to our staff, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for those we support.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the care , ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Manage staffing levels, including recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff.
- Ensure effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records related to client care and staff performance.
- Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
- Stay updated on best practices in senior and dementia care.
- Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of assisted living, senior care, dementia, and Alzheimer's care.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Experience in developing effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing healthcare services
