Duties
- Prepare a variety of Filipino breakfast items with precision, creativity, and efficiency to meet daily service demands

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to keep offerings fresh and appealing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service
- Monitor stock levels, restock ingredients, and manage waste effectively to minimize costs
- Serve breakfast dishes promptly and professionally to guests, ensuring excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety procedures, hygiene standards, and food handling regulations
- Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on breakfast or brunch menus preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
