One of our fastest-growing businesses is Post Group, one of the UK’s largest providers of virtual mailbox services, providing virtual office addresses, mail handling, and communication services to personal and business clients. We currently operate from 12 UK offices with plans to expand further.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised UK Business Operations Lead to help support and grow our UK operations.
This is a varied role combining operations, administration, team coordination, and growth support. You will work closely with our senior management team and take ownership of many aspects of our UK-based business activities, ensuring all our locations operate smoothly and to a high standard.
You will help support and coordinate operations across our 12 UK locations, with additional sites planned as we continue our expansion. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing business and work closely with leadership as we scale.
You will act as our regional operational lead, helping recruit, train, coordinate, and manage staff, overseeing and supporting existing locations, dealing with clients, monitoring service levels and performance, as well as the opening of new locations, and ensure our service standards and compliance procedures are maintained.
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and helping build a growing business.
Travel within the UK to our various locations will be required.
While travel is a regular part of the role, it is not typically required every week. All travel and accommodation expenses are covered by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the operation and growth of Post Group across all our UK locations
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and operational coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for staff, clients, suppliers and business partners.
- Conduct research and coordinate with local vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and managing UK-based team members
- Monitor staff performance, service quality, and operational procedures
- Help maintain compliance and operational standards across locations
- Deal with escalated issues ensuring a swift and positive resolution
- Deal with local regulatory agencies as required
- Visit and support office locations across the UK as required
- Assist with the setup and launch of new physical locations as we expand across the UK
- Represent i24 Group and Post Group professionally when dealing with partners, suppliers, or team members

- Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written)
- Confident using common business tools and online systems
- Able to travel when required, often at short notice
- Access to a personal laptop or computer and reliable internet connection
Schedule & Compensation
- £33,000 per year
- 40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule depending on business needs
- As the business continues to expand, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility, additional hours, and progression into a more senior operational role
- Paid monthly
