We are seeking experienced and adaptable SEN Teachers to work on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply basis within a variety of educational environments. - Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of pupils with SEN.
- Adapt teaching approaches to support a range of learning, communication, and behavioural needs.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Follow school policies and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and support staff.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different settings and learner needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
