We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join our spa and wellness team. If you are dedicated to wellbeing, client care, and delivering high-quality treatments in a calm, welcoming environment, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of professional spa treatments to guests, ensuring every visitor receives a relaxing, personalised, and high-quality experience. You will be an ambassador for the spa, maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of spa treatments including massage, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies
- Provide excellent guest care from consultation through to aftercare advice
- Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Promote spa products, treatments, and packages to enhance guest experience and sales
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively with the spa and hotel team to deliver seamless service
- Build strong relationships with regular guests and encourage repeat bookings
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Qualified in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy (Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Passionate about wellness, relaxation, and customer care
- Friendly, professional, and confident in client interaction
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
