About the Role -
We are currently looking to recruit two production assistants to join our busy conversion department.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting our machine operators and ensuring production runs efficiently. The successful candidates will be reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities -
- Working in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Numeracy skills.
- Supplying production lines with the consumables required to keep machines running efficiently.
- Assisting machine operators with production activities as required.
- Safely operating pallet trucks to move materials and finished products.
- Carrying out general factory duties, including housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Supporting the wider production team.
- A strong awareness of health and safety.
- Flexibility to work a rotating double day shift, including both early and back shifts.
Pay: £13.32 per hour
