We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Skilled Labourer to join our expanding team.
The Role
You will work alongside our site managers and tradespeople on a variety of residential construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires someone with a good understanding of construction and a willingness to get involved wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Assisting skilled trades on site.
- General construction labouring.
- Site preparation and maintenance.
- Loading and unloading materials.
- Keeping sites clean, safe and organised.
- Operating hand and power tools safely.
- Assisting with deliveries and material movement.
- Completing tasks to a high standard.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working in the construction industry.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and capable of manual work.
Desirable (but not essential)
- CSCS Card.
- Experience with multiple trades.
- Own basic hand tools.
- Trailer licence or plant tickets.
