About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Labourer to join our growing property maintenance team. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of repair, maintenance, and refurbishment works across residential and commercial properties.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with practical experience in general building maintenance and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repair works.
- Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and patch plastering.
- Assist with property refurbishments and renovations.
- Diagnose and report maintenance issues.
- Ensure work is completed to a good standard and within agreed timescales.
- Travel between properties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or a similar role.
- Good all-round DIY and practical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred/essential).
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
Desirable Skills
- Multi-trade experience.
- Basic plumbing, carpentry, tiling, or decorating experience.
- Experience working within occupied residential properties.
