Supervisor Position at Arthur’s of Hoylake
25 -40 hours a week
As a Supervisor of this well loved wine bar & eatery, your main role will be to support the Management team in all aspects of the business. You will play a pivotal part of the management team; from delegating roles, keeping staffing to budget or below where possible, controlling and ordering of stock, ending the evenings with cashing up and running all elements of our front of house operation until you lock the door at the end of service.
It is important that you display a clear passion for leading, motivating and supporting strong teams, ensuring a successful customer experience. Ideally, demonstrating management experience in all aspects of Hospitality.
In a fast paced environment and a changing day to night atmosphere, it is paramount that you have the right skills, personality and passion to keep up with the dynamic environment.
