Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care and Planning Manager to join our team in GB. Based in our regional office, you will play a vital role in coordinating customer service efforts and planning operations to ensure seamless project execution aligned with our company's standards of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer care activities to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate planning processes for insulation projects, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with operational teams to optimize project workflows.
- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives and planners.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Analyze project data to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer care and planning functions.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in customer service or planning roles within the construction or insulation industry.
- Strong leadership and supervising skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are considered a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.
