Core Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Projects: Perform PPMs, reactive emergency call-outs, and fabric maintenance/project works to high quality standards.
- On-Site Coordination: Oversee sub-contractors or fellow engineers, assess job scopes, order materials, and provide quotes for additional works.
- Safety & Administration: Conduct dynamic risk assessments, adhere to RAMS, update smartphone job management apps, and submit accurate weekly timesheets.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Practical construction and fabric sector trade experience with competency in using hand and power tools.
- Clearance: Must pass an Enhanced DBS check (no unspent criminal convictions).
- Skills: Basic IT literacy (smartphone navigation), solid H&S application, and client-facing communication skills.
- (Desirable: PASMA, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, or Manual Handling qualifications).
