About the Role
Orion Blinds is looking for a reliable and professional Part-Time Blind Fitter to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role involving the installation of a range of made-to-measure blinds in both residential and commercial properties. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and provides excellent customer service.
Currently only needing someone for 3 days a week part-time, subject to change in the future to full time however.
Responsibilities
- Install a variety of blinds to a high standard.
- Travel to customer properties across the local area.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Orion Blinds in a positive manner.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy after each installation.
- Report any issues or additional work required to management.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Good practical skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using hand and power tools.
- Friendly and professional with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous blind fitting, carpentry, joinery, or similar installation experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.
