- Coordinating training requirements for Construction staff, including arranging courses, maintaining training records and monitoring upcoming requirements.
- Preparing and issuing site start packs and relevant documentation for new developments.
- Supporting meetings by preparing information, taking accurate notes and producing clear, timely minutes and actions.
- Assisting with document control, ensuring Construction documentation is appropriately filed, accessible and retained in line with company procedures.
- Ordering general supplies and small items required by the Construction team.
- Supporting the scanning, archiving and general administration of Construction records and documentation.
- Ensuring key information is accurately recorded and maintained within COINS and other relevant systems.
- Helping to improve administrative processes and introducing more efficient ways of working.
- Providing support on wider Construction projects and initiatives as required.
