Commercial & Residential Cleaner
Job Type: Part-time with options to go to Full-time
Location: Various locations / Multiple sites
Salary: £12.75 - £15 per hour
Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence essential
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will travel to different residential and commercial properties to carry out professional cleaning services and ensure our clients receive a consistently high standard of service.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties across residential and commercial properties.
- Clean and sanitise floors, surfaces, windows, fixtures and other areas as required.
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
- Complete cleaning jobs to a consistently high standard.
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete work within agreed timeframes.
- Travel between different properties and locations as required.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
- Report any damage, maintenance issues or concerns identified during cleaning.
- Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when representing the company.

Essential Requirements
- Full valid UK driving licence.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Ability to travel between different work locations.
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
Cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential — full training will be provided.

Working Pattern
Hours: [18-40 hours]
Days: [Monday - Friday] Optional weekend work with increased pay
Start time: [Flexible between 8am-5pm]
Travel: Regular travel between different sites will be required.
