Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our client's reputable lettings team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lettings processes, building strong relationships with clients and tenants, and ensuring smooth property transactions. Duties
- Managing the entire lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy agreement completion
- Conducting property viewings and providing professional advice to prospective tenants
- Negotiating terms between landlords and tenants to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Preparing and issuing tenancy agreements, ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and compliant
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
- Conducting reference checks, credit assessments, and background verification of prospective tenants
- Organising property inspections and ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
- Assisting with marketing properties through various channels to maximise exposure
- Maintaining accurate records of all lettings activities within the agency’s database
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
Experience
- Proven administrative experience within the lettings or property management sector
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Previous experience in a similar senior lettings role is preferred but not essential; relevant training will be provided for the right candidate
- A professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement

Pay: £25,500.00-£31,000.00 per year
