Sous Chef needed for a 4-star hotel in Kenilworth. £35,000 per annum, working 5 days per week.
Applicants should be experienced to Sous Chef level in a hotel or conference centre and be comfortable in all areas of the kitchen. You will have at least 4 years experience working as a CDP, Sous or Junior Sous chef, be reliable, organised, and have decent people skills. If you are successful you will be supporting the Head Chef in the running of a busy 4-star hotel with conference and banqueting for 200, restaurant, bar menu and in-room dining.
