About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Sales Manager to lead our direct sales branch in Peterborough, specialising in uPVC home improvement products.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full responsibility for branch performance, managing a team of direct sales representatives, driving revenue, and ensuring operational excellence. You will play a key role in maintaining high sales standards and delivering strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of direct sales representatives
- Drive branch sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Recruit, train and onboard new sales staff
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve results
- Conduct regular performance reviews and field support
- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance
- Oversee branch reporting and operational planning
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in direct sales management, ideally within home improvements
- Strong knowledge of uPVC products (windows, doors, conservatories or similar)
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Commercially minded with strong organisational ability
- Confident, driven and results-focused
- Full UK driving licence essential
