What you'll do:
- Lead and oversee daily logistics, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Develop operational strategies that improve efficiency, service quality, and cost performance.
- Manage fleet operations, freight movement, warehousing, and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor logistics performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Oversee logistics budgets, operational planning, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
- Analyse operational data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop logistics teams while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, distribution, operations management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership or senior management experience is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of logistics operations, fleet management, warehouse operations, or supply chain processes is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £7,000.00-£9,400.00 per month
