Elmore Court is a unique and award winning Wedding and Events Venue in Gloucestershire and we are looking to expand our team!
We have positions available in our housekeeping and cleaning team.
The Housekeepers are crucial to our business and we are looking for hard working, diligent, friendly people to join us.
You will be cleaning rooms and setting them up to meet our high standards. Elmore pride ourselves on upholding immaculate standards across the house and you will play a central role in helping to maintain these high standards so that our guests can enjoy a spotless room and wonderful house. Your role would include
- Cleaning rooms, making beds and cleaning bathrooms. Following a step by step approach to make sure every room is set up to standard
- Listening and acting on feedback from your supervisors and managers
- Sharing great cleaning practices with your colleagues to support each other’s learning
- Reporting any room damage or breakages to your supervisor as soon as possible so that maintenance can ensure the rooms are repaired before our next guest arrives
- Cleaning our reception rooms to the same high standard as the bedrooms
- Keeping our linen rooms clean, tidy and organised
- Learning and following procedures for linen, security, keys, lost property and stock
- Keeping yourself, the team and our guests safe by following appropriate health and safety procedures
- Meeting productivity targets as agreed with your manager so that we can have all rooms ready for check in time
- Working as part of a team and helping others out when required so the job is done!

Your own transport is necessary due to the rural location.
We will also need proof of your right to work in the UK.
Wage is depending on age and experience.
