Technical Lead – Salesforce & Enterprise IntegrationYour Role
- Technical lead for enterprise integration solutions around Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Consulting customers on the design and implementation of complex system integrations
- Responsibility for architecture, technical delivery, and solution quality
- Focus on pragmatic solutions instead of bureaucracy, politics, or micromanagement
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, other CRM systems, ERP solutions, and third-party platforms
- Develop integration solutions using Microsoft Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
- Backend development with C# / .NET
- Work with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, messaging, and asynchronous integration patterns
- Analyze and integrate data models, business processes, and interfaces across multiple platforms
- Provide technical consulting and sparring for customers, team members, and external partners
- Support architecture decisions across CRM, middleware, backend services, and surrounding systems
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in enterprise integration projects, ideally involving Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Strong expertise in C# / .NET and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with enterprise architectures, API design, and system integration
- Confident in customer-facing situations and technical discussions
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Hands-on, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
